No-Call No-Show & Cancellation Policy

To maintain consistent and high-quality care for all of our clients, appointment changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time to allow for other clients to be able to reserve that time slot if needed. If you need to cancel in less than 12 hours prior to your appointment, that is considered last minute and you will be charged a 100 percent fee of your booked/reserved service to the card on file. If you are a no-call no-show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the 100 percent session fee. F.E.E.L. Massage reserve the right to make exceptions in the event of emergencies at our team’s discretion.
